Nice to meet you

We are Marcus Feldthus and Oscar Haumann, and have known each other since high school. During our university studies, we founded the consultancy Abel in 2015, which we, with a small team, ran until 2024. At Abel, we primarily supported startups and SMEs with green ambitions, helping them outperform conventional alternatives. In 2024, we decided to close Abel in pursuit of work with greater impact on the green transition.

In 2023, we launched the international learning platform Post Growth Guide, where we continue to teach, develop tools, and give talks on how to work with strategic limitation in the green transition. Our work covers everything from business models to ownership structures and financing approaches, and it also addresses the fundamental question of how to meaningfully define an appropriate size for a company.
